Best value for money , convinient access by public transport to every point in Berlin ,nice rooms with balcony, great staff.

Breakfast was excellent, secure parking available and the location is within easy reach of the centre

The hotel had plenty of fairly quiet rooms. the staff throughout the venue were amazingly nice. - Having a balcony and a carpet in the room was unbeatable. - the location was excellent, next to an S-Bahn station, making it easy to travel around. - Overall, it was a really great experience.

The venue was in a central location close enough to downtown and Spandau railway station and the center of Berlin by bus and train. Liked the room with balcony, my bed was comfortable. All members of the staff was really helpful and excellent.

Wi-Fi was slow, made me a little nervous.

The room was exceptionally clean and functional, and we had a lovely balcony.

There was verrrrry cold in the room at night, heating was probably turned off centrally. Room having window to the main street is very noisy, ask for backyard view.

The parking lot is hidden behind the building, people need guide to the parking lot.

The staff is really helpful. Laundry service was really cheap.

The zone around the hotel is not the best possible. Nothing happened but i did not felt 100% safe, specially at night.

Room was very big with free Wifi, tv and a fridge which was useful to keep my beer cold in the hot weather ! Ensuite bathroom was also large and had a bath. Location from hotel is a 10 minute walk from Spandau train station and there's also a bus stop 10m from front of hotel which came in useful. Breakfast included in price of room was very nice.
